We strive to ensure a smooth refueling experience. However, please note:
- We cannot be held responsible for user errors, incorrect pump number presets, or accidental spills.
- Credit/debit card payments may have a preauthorized hold for several business days until the transaction is finalized.

Merchandise Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items:
- Full refund with receipt
- Item must be in new condition and original packaging
- Exceptions: Tobacco, dairy, coffee, prepared foods, gift cards, and clearance items
Return Process
- Visit any of our locations with the item and receipt
- Present the merchandise and receipt to our staff
- Receive a refund via the original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Even Exchanges
For item exchanges of equal value, follow steps 1-3 of the return process and specify your desired replacement item.
