We strive to ensure a smooth refueling experience. However, please note:

  • We cannot be held responsible for user errors, incorrect pump number presets, or accidental spills.
  • Credit/debit card payments may have a preauthorized hold for several business days until the transaction is finalized.

Merchandise Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items:

  • Full refund with receipt
  • Item must be in new condition and original packaging
  • Exceptions: Tobacco, dairy, coffee, prepared foods, gift cards, and clearance items

Return Process

  1. Visit any of our locations with the item and receipt
  2. Present the merchandise and receipt to our staff
  3. Receive a refund via the original payment method
  4. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Even Exchanges

For item exchanges of equal value, follow steps 1-3 of the return process and specify your desired replacement item.
