If you paid by credit/debit card there is a preauthorized amount that is put on hold until the transaction completes. This may take several business days to complete.

Holafuel.com will issue a full refund with receipt, for merchandise returned in new condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please Note: Tobacco, Dairy, Coffee, Prepared Foods, Gift Cards and Clearance items are not returnable. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
To return an item, please follow these simple steps.
1. Visit one of our locations with merchandise and reciept.
2. Provide receipt and merchandise wishing to return.
3. Refund will be the same as original payment method.
4. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your account.
Follow steps 1, 2 & 3 for the returns process, and please identify the item you would like as an even exchange. The item or items you are exchanging must be of equal value.
